Earth Child Montessori School was established in 2001. It is an early learning Montessori program designed for infant and children up to 12 years old. We are a government licensed Montessori daycare center and a member of the American Montessori Society (AMS). In the past 20 years, our school has been expanding continuously. We have over a 100 children ranging from ages 1-12 enrolled in our programs.

Education is all about teamwork. We can address children's needs when teachers and parents work together. We believe that home-school cooperation allows our children to build a strong foundation for their growth. The meaningful involvement of parents and school are essential in early childhood education. School Manager Ms. Winnie Tsang Ms. Winnie is our most experienced teacher with 15 years experience in the field. She holds credentials for the American Montessori Society Early Childhood Program. Also, she has BC Certificates for ECE, IT, and Special Needs. She works closely with both children and families to meet each child’s educational need. Winnie has been with our centre for 20 years and speaks both Cantonese and Mandarin.
Vice Manager Ms. Selena Yu Ms. Selena graduated from Emily Carr University of Art & Design in 2015, and she got her master's degree in education from the University of Honolulu in 2019. She holds her American Montessori Society Childhood Teacher and Early Childhood Educator Education Certificate in both 0-3 and 3-5 years old programs. She speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin. As a teacher, Selena appreciates children's little accomplishments and she believes that each child is creative according to her art background.
Montessori Primary Teacher / Infant Toddler Teacher / Special Needs Teacher Ms. Stephanie Zhou Ms. Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Australia and has been a valuable member of our team for 8 years. Additionally, she has earned credentials from the American Montessori Society in Early Childhood Education and holds a BC Certificate in ECE, Infant and Toddler, and Specialization at the level. Ms. Stephanie is dedicated to fostering independence, peace, and respect in children, considering these values crucial in education. Her enthusiasm for guiding and learning alongside children is evident, reflecting her passion for their holistic development.
Montessori Primary Teacher/Montessori Infant Toddler Teacher Ms. Judy Yang Ms. Judy earned her Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Sunshine Coast in 2019. She also possesses certificates in Early Childhood Education, specifically for teaching children aged 3-5, from the American Montessori Society and a BC certificate for both ECE and IT. With more than five years of experience in Early Childhood Education, she is committed to establishing strong connections with fellow teachers and members of the community to enhance the learning experience of her students.
Montessori Primary Teacher/Montessori Infant Toddler Teacher Ms. Felicia Xu Ms. Felicia graduated from Capital College in 2016. She holds Early Childhood Education and Montessori teaching certifications for both the 1-3 and 3-5 age groups. She has been working with young children for over 8 years. As an infant and toddler teacher, she demonstrates great patience and enthusiasm for teaching, caring for, and guiding children. For her, the most important part of teaching is inspiring children to learn with happiness while ensuring they remain healthy and safe in the classroom.
Montessori Primary Teacher/Montessori Infant Toddler Teacher Ms. Tian Song Ms. Tian graduated from Emily Carr University of Art & Design in 2015. She holds her American Montessori Society Childhood Teacher and Early Childhood Educator Education Certificate in both 0-3 and 3-5 years old programs. She speaks English and Mandarin. I believed that each child is individual and combine art and Montessori children are going to create their own learning of thought.

She is holding an AMS certificate, early childhood educator and infant-toddler educator certificate, She has dedicated her professional journey to early childhood education since 2013. With a passion for education and a commitment to children success, She is here to guide, support, and inspire little ones every step of the way.
Montessori Primary Teacher/Infant Toddler Teacher Ms. Jessie Huang Ms Jessie holds a bachelors degree in Accounting from a university in China. She later obtained her educator credentials from American Montessori Society Early Childhood program. She also holds certifications for ECE and IT in BC. She is also fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. With four years of experience, Ms Jessie enjoys interacting with children and fostering a joyful learning environment.
Montessori Primary Teacher Ms. Helen Yang Ms. Helen graduated from Capital Normal University in China for Early Childhood Education and pursued her Children Psychology certificate in Beijing Normal University. She has more than 10 years of experience working in the early childhood education field in Beijing. Ms. Helen obtained her American Montessori Society Credential & BC Certificate in ECE Level later. She has been working and teaching in our school for more than 6 years and she is very proud of being part of our team.
Montessori Primary Teacher Ms. Yvette Wu Ms. Yvette graduated from a nursing college in Taiwan and obtained her American Montessori Society Credential & BC Certificate in ECE Level. She has been working as a Montessori primary educator in 3-5 years old program for over ten years. She believes in respecting children's needs and focuses on children's daily life education and sensory education.
Montessori Primary Teacher Ms. Jasmine Lau Ms. Jasmine has 8 years of experience combined with teaching English and working in the classroom with children. She holds a bachelor degree from University of British Columbia and masters degree in education specializing in Early Childhood Education from Education University of Hong Kong. She also holds her American Montessori Society Teacher Certificate and Early Childhood Educator Certificate for 3-5 years old. She strives to guide and work with children to find their inner interest and potential.

With a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to the Montessori philosophy, she is dedicated to creating a nurturing and enriching environment where children can flourish.
Montessori Primary Teacher Ms. Donna Huang Ms. Donna has been working with children since 2006. She enjoys and love working in the early childhood education field because kids are able to keep her mentally and physically active. She is passionate in keeping the curriculum interesting as it allows her to learn new things.
Montessori Primary Teacher Ms. Tina Luo Ms. Tina has years of experience teaching Chinese Mandarin and working in the classroom with young children. She holds a bachelor degree in Early childhood education and sociology from Simon Fraser University. She also holds her Association Montessori Internationale credentials & BC certificate in ECE. She strives to active the child’s own natural desire to learn.
Montessori Primary Teacher Ms. Lisa Ye Mr. Lisa graduated from Capital College and hold both an ECE certificate and a Montessori teaching certificate. She is passionate about working with children and supporting their growth and development. I enjoy creating a nurturing and engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and gain confidence. For me, teaching is not just a career but a meaningful journey of growing together with the children.
Montessori Primary Teacher Ms. Jessie Li Ms. Jessie graduated with a bachelor's degree in engineering from Beijing. After working in the airline industry for years, she became a mother. While raising her own child, she discovered a passion for early childhood education. She then obtained her ECE certificate and credentials in ECE level from the American Montessori Society. She believes that every child is unique and will thrive in their own way. For her the most joy comes from helping and guiding children to become lifelong learners.
Montessori Primary Teacher Ms. May Li Ms.May started working with children in September 2022 and Ms.May is an ECE BC and AMS teacher. She can speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English. She can also understand a little Korean. She chose to be an early childhood educator because when she works with children, she feels their infinite vitality and full of possibilities. She likes to guide them and explore their own possibilities with them. Ms.May thinks all children are unique, they are all very lovely children, and she is happy to see them grow and change.
Montessori Primary Teacher Ms. Shweta Saharan Ms. Shweta graduated from Conestoga College in Ontario with Early Childhood Education. She has been working as a Early Childhood Educator in 3-5 years program since 2019. She believes that each day unfolds a new learning experience for children as well as for a teacher and becoming a teacher lets you take part in shaping the next generation. She inspire children to learn and be knowledgeable, seek self-betterment, and contribute as individuals.
Montessori Primary Teacher Ms. Farwa Leghari Ms. Farwa has an AMI diploma (3 to 6 age group) from Pakistan and is a certified ECE Assistant (0 to 6 age group) in British Columbia. She also has First Aid level C CPR/AED certification, which helps her ensure a safe and caring environment for children. Ms. Farwa has experience working with children in Pakistan and really enjoys working with them and helping them learn through play.
Early Childhood Educator/Infant Toddler Teacher/ Special Needs Teacher Ms. Yannes Chow Ms. Yannes holds a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Leadership, and Special Educational Needs from Hong Kong. She has also acquired the BC Certificate in ECE Level, IT, and Special Needs Level. With over 7 years of experience working with children, she believes in keeping young children engaged, encouraging a positive attitude toward learning, and creating a supportive space that nurtures their unique strengths and abilities.
Early Childhood Educator/Infant Toddler Teacher/Special Needs Teacher Ms. Diane Ko Ms. Diane holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from South Korea, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She currently holds a BC ECE and IT certificate and a First Aid certificate. Her hobbies include drawing and cooking. She loves seeing the smiles on children's faces and enjoys creating an environment where they can express their creativity.

She has 17 years' experience of teaching and likes to dedicate her enthusiasm in the education for the whole life. She obtained BC certificate for ECE, IT and Special needs. She believes all children are unique and she would like to create a stimulating educational environment to meet children’s full potential.
Early Childhood Educator/Infant Toddler Teacher Ms. Yao Nie Ms.Yao is a certificated ECE and IT educator in BC. She had extensive experience working with children and completed her marketing degree at OC college in Kelowna. She has been working in a children's related industry for about 5 years. Ms.Yao shares herself-enthusiasm and personal experience with all the children and enjoys learning and growing with them. She believes that educators aren’t just teachers, but also a friend to children as she likes to listen, respect, guide and help children build their own world, views and values.
Early Childhood Educator Ms. Victoria Ding Ms. Victoria earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Early Learning Education from Simon Fraser University and completed her Early Childhood Education program at Capital College. She also hold a valid First Aid certificate in British Columbia. She is passionate about working with children and believes every child’s curiosity is a spark waiting to bloom. Ms. Victoria enjoys guiding children as they explore the world, express their creativity, and gain confidence through everyday experiences.
Early Childhood Educator/Infant Toddler Teacher Ms. Athena Lee Ms. Athena is graduated in ECE program from Langara College. She did her Infants and toddlers practicum in Langara daycare and UBC daycare and got her IT license. Athena is very glad to join our team to pursue her passion towards children. She specifically enjoys working with younger kids. She believes every child is unique and wants to strengthen their own special potential .
Early Childhood Educator Ms. Cindy Sun Ms. Cindy graduated from East China Normal University with a major in early childhood education and holds BCECE (Early Childhood Education) certification. She has more than 28 years of experience working in the early childhood education field in China. Ms. Cindy is good at creating nurturing environments that support children's growth, designing engaging activities, and helping them develop good behaviours.
Early Childhood Educator Ms. Tiffany Lin Ms. Tiffany has a passion for early childhood education as an ECE and has been working with children since 2016. She holds a Montessori training background and excels in managing classroom environments, creating engaging, structured, and nurturing spaces where children can thrive. Additionally, she has two years of experience supporting children with special needs. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Ms. Tiffany believes that every child is unique, respects their imagination and creativity, listens to their needs, and encourages them to explore possibilities at their own pace.
Early Childhood Educator Ms. Yeji Song Ms.Yeji has a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education in South Korea. She taught children as a kindergarten teacher for five years in Korea. She has BC Certificate in ECE Level. She believes that children have infinite potential and that teachers are an important role in helping them.

Over the previous decade, she has gained experience as an exchange student and teacher in several nations and regions, such as Australia, Singapore, and Taiwan. She got her ECE assistant certificate and first aid certificate simultaneously in last year. She speaks both English and Mandarin in order to help children properly. Early Childhood Educator Assistant Ms. Mariia Nedohadova Ms. Mariia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law but has found her true passion in early childhood care. As a certified Early Childhood Educator Assistant with Food Safe and First Aid certifications, she creates a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment tailored to each child’s individual needs. Fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian and Arabic Ms. Mariia is known for her dedication, creativity, and compassionate approach, making her a valuable asset to any childcare team.

In the same year, she obtained her ECEA Certificate along with First Aid and CPR certification. She has been working in the field of Early Childhood Care for the past 2 years. She strongly believes in providing children with a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where they can learn and grow at their own pace. Early Childhood Educator Assistant Mr. Yoel Kristian Mr. Yoel, born in Indonesia, has loved music from an early age. He later earned his music degree from The University of British Columbia. Passionate about education, Yoel also trained in Early Childhood Education as an Assistant. Alongside his teaching work, he gives flute and piano lessons and performs regularly with the West Vancouver Concert Band.
